Jacob definitely would remember Luke from the Mars mission; especially the whole part where he showed off powers he hadn't disclosed before, and went off on his own on a rescue mission no one else approved of. Luke is a lot more mellow now; there's still some of that spirit of his, but it's much more muted than before. He's also a lot more open about who he is and what he's done back home, which... probably explains a lot. CHARACTER REFERENCES PROVIDED: Handwaved. Luke doesn't provide any outside of Aegis.
