All right. I know we're all worn out from the Shimmer. I know it was Hell. But Maurtia Falls is in an emergency right now, and I'm getting reports of other hell breaking loose all over. We've gotta move on this. I want all hands on deck protecting civilians, unless you're following a hot lead on Atropos or the OTO.

The Falls has got flooding, looting, a city-wide blackout, and people killing each other in the street right now. That needs to be a main focus. That's where I'm going to be, and I could use some backup. Everyone else... sound off on what you're going to be doing, and let's co-ordinate on how we're handling this.

Sounds great, Lucina. I'm forwarding the address of the main power station now. We're going to be co-ordinating with city maintenance and the fire department to try to get the lights back on, and they'll need security while they're working.

Reporting for duty. Send coordinates and I'll rendezvous with whoever's going in.

Forwarding the initial rally point now. We're going to start with helping to get the power flowing again, then work outward to get the rest back under control.

Non-lethal takedowns only on hostiles for this one. We don't know who's being affected by something they can't control, right now.

Be advised, my rifle comes equipped with a stun setting. Keeps a human down for ten to thirty minutes, but if there's powers getting involved, it might lose effectiveness.

Good. Perfect. I've got a similar weapon, but it doesn't do much against powers either. Let's hope not too many imPorts and metas are getting affected by the craziness.

We can hope. [But he's preparing for the worst.] Do we have a preferred evac route for civvies and casualties?

The streets are a nightmare right now, so find whatever route you can or secure air transport. Primary evac point is Helix Station's emergency shelter, but it's filling up fast. Secondary is the Maurtia Falls Porter Base. Both sites are still online, running off backup power.

I'll help with the flooding. My alchemy can help shore up walls and I can assist in rescuing anyone who's stranded.

Perfect. I'm patched in to the city's emergency channels right now- I'll forward you updates on where the waters are highest. We might need your healing powers for the people who get rescued, too.
